[Read Me] Recruitment Status (Updated 20/2/09)

Current Needs:
Exceptional Applicants of All classes!

If you want to play with us, there are a few things you need to bring:

- A good attitude. Don't start drama. Over anything. Gear, raid spot, group comp, spec. Anything. We're here to have a good time playing WoW and hanging out and making fun of Nineball for getting busted dps'ing adds on Kel'thuzad -- if you're going to get in the way of that, we're not interested. If you're going to point and laugh when the warlocks don't summon and repeatedly emo at Nineball rambling about loot then all the more awesome.

- Good gear. If you need loot off a boss earlier than Kel'thuzad, your gear might be an issue, unless you prove that your itemization is where it needs to be in pre-naxx gear.

- A class we need. If you've got great credentials and you're not in the "current needs" list, feel free to contact us and see what we think. But it definitely doesn't help your chances.

- A schedule that works for us. We generally start raids around 7:15 server time (Invites), and typically raid until about midnight sometimes 1am (no raids friday or saturday). During progression we generally stay on an hour later and can end up raiding until 2-3am, and might raid any of the off-days of the week if we have numbers online to push.

- Reliability. We're a very small guild atm with a high attendance core. In the case that you're going to miss a raid, you need to be responsible enough let us know ahead of time. We're not interested in someone who's going to flake out and not show up. Or have convenient internet outages.

If you're seriously interested, know that members may not pay any
attention to the forums. Almost all the intra-guild communication
happens in gchat and vent. Which means that while posting an app is
nice, the most important thing to do is catch an officer online and
direct them to your application. You should be looking for Loldee (GM),
Hammurabi (Officer).
